Low back pain and knee osteoarthritis are the highest contributors to disability worldwide, impacting every aspect of a person’s life. Most treatment approaches to the management of low back pain and knee osteoarthritis offer small to moderate treatment effects at best. Conservative management is the cornerstone, however, it requires access to services and adherence to programs. The adoption of technology has potential to fill in gaps in health care due to clinician shortage and/or reduced access to optimal care.
