I received a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Joseph Fourier University (France) in December 2011.
My research interests are developing Statistical Machine Learning (field that merges statistics with the computational sciences — computer science, systems science and optimization) models for complex real life applications; as well as developing appropriate softwares and visualisation tools.
My contributions lie particularly in Bayesian nonparametrics, Graphical modelling, Variational methods, and probabilistic learning. My applied research interests include biomedical data, image analysis, data privacy and engineering challenges.
