Dr Tania Gardner is a lecturer at The University of Sydney, Faculty of Medicine and Health, Sydney School of Health Sciences within the Discipline of Physiotherapy. She is a titled Pain Physiotherapist and has nearly 30 years of clinical experience with a major focus on chronic pain management. She was most recently a Senior physiotherapist within the Department of Pain Medicine, St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney. She was integral in the development of Australia’s first multidisciplinary pain management program Reboot online in collaboration with the Clinical research unit for Anxiety and Depression (CRUfAD), St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney. She has continued to evaluate and develop the program with the aim to maximise its effectiveness and improve accessibility to evidenced based multidisciplinary pain management across Australia.
